Adult Classes

A recent study led by Dr Rehfield, published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, found that dancing is the one type of exercise that is most beneficial for balance and also increases the area of the brain that otherwise naturally declines with age - shockingly from the age of 25!

 

Classes that change up steps, arms patterns, speed, formations and rhythms and present a challenge to remember routines, maximises anti-aging effects on the brain.  KASAB adult classes are designed to incorporate all of the above elements to improve balance, postural control, co-ordination, mobility, memory and help reverse the ageing of the brain. Along with having a lot of fun and laughter! 

 

Adult classes - 7.30 - 8.30pm Thursdays in Taynuilt Village Hall 

Exercises and routines are based on contemporary, ballet, ballroom, rock n roll, flamenco, bollywood and jazz.  

No previous dance experience is necessary.
